To rent a vehicle with Gobycar, you must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year. Additionally, the following documentation is required when picking up the vehicle:
- A valid national identity document.
- Valid credit card of the main driver.
- A valid driver's license for the main driver and any additional drivers, if applicable.
No, a credit card is always required to pick up the vehicle.
Yes, our fuel policy is full-to-full, except in cases where the fuel tank purchase option has been selected.
Most of our rates include unlimited mileage. You can check the mileage policy of the selected rate during the booking process.
The necessary documentation to collect the vehicle is as follows:
- Valid credit card, with the main driver as the cardholder.
- Original valid driver's license, held for more than one year.
- Valid ID card or passport.
In the event of an accident, you must fill out the accident report form and any other documents you consider useful to supplement your statement, including accidents without third-party involvement. If you need roadside assistance, contact the following number: +34 971 000 040.
If roadside assistance is not needed and you can continue using the rental vehicle, please inform us of the incident within 24 hours, and in any case, before the end of the rental period.
Please note that failing to report the accident may constitute a breach of your contractual obligations, which could result in the loss of your protection package benefits.
In the reservation confirmation email, you will find directions to the shuttle pickup point. You can also find these directions on our website under the "Offices" section.
A rental day period is 24 hours, plus a grace period of 119 minutes. After this period, an extra day charge will apply according to the current rate.
Your deposit will be released once we close the rental. Please note that it may take between 7 and 15 days to reflect on your bank statement.
The contract holder is responsible for any fines incurred during the rental period. If you receive a fine during the rental, you will be notified by the issuing authority, and you will need to pay it.
