How and when will I receive the refund of my security deposit?
Your deposit will be released once we close the rental. Please note that it may take between 7 and 15 days to reflect on your bank statement.
How are traffic fines and unpaid tolls processed?
The contract holder is responsible for any fines incurred during the rental period. If you receive a fine during the rental, you will be notified by the issuing authority, and you will need to pay it.
How can I provide feedback on my experience?
Once the rental is completed, you will receive an email with a satisfaction survey where you can rate the different stages of the rental and provide comments.
